Crystal – Lookup

Is it possible to select records based on records that don’t exist in a subreport? For example – I have a report that contains all our employee names and I only want to see those names that did not receive a pay. There is a sub report containing the names of those employees who did receive a pay. In excel it would be selecting the #n/a values from a vlookup formula. If it is possible can you please provide the steps, as I am new to crystal.
