Crystal Reports

we just upgraded from crystal reports 5.0 to crystal reports 11. Yes quite a jump. Anyway, reports that were created on the 5.0 version are not exactly working the way they should. I have 3 tables linked together and it seems as though the data from one of the table displays on the first record but not consistently through the report. Can someone help me?
