Crystal Reports 8.5 to PDF

We have a system that uses Crystal Reports 8.5 as its third party reporting tool. From the data base to the Crystal Reports preview, the data being shown is ok. But when we export it to PDF format, the data is messed up. the header is good but the report details shows the data of the next record. Can anybody help me. Thanks in advance.
