CTRL ALT DEL behavior after screensaver exits.

I recently had the behavior of the login screen change in my environment. By GPO we require the screensaver to be password protected. In the past this meant that it would go to a login prompt. It recently changed so that it requires you to enter CTRL+ALT+DEL to login. Does anyone know of a GPO setting or a registry setting where I can change this back.
