Customer Service training

Many many years ago, I took the Xerox Customer Service Training. It was probably the most useful training I have taken in my professional career. The videos of the training were a valued resource.
Where I’m working now, the programmers and IT support staff need a good customer service training. Does anyone know if the Xerox training is still available? If not, what resources do you suggest to train and develop custome support skills?
