cyclom yep configuration

can anyone help me, i have a cyclom yep 16 port serial expander and i want to configure it on my redhat 7.2 system where should i start and what files do i need to run radius. i have tried so many setting i could not make it to function, but the unit is brand new. PLEASE HELP!!!!! SOS
