Data filtering & saving in new file

Dear All,
i need a solution in excel 2007, in which i had a number of sheets (example 50)i had a data of like 3-4 thousand rows. & i want to filtered the data by one column & then arrange a new file with that record key & relevant headings & data across & this filtration method will search from all 50 sheets of file & arrange new files.
