Data Model & SRS

Hi All,
Relatively easy question but I don’t have the answers to following questions
1. Where Does data model fits in SRS?
2. While creating a data model in SRS, if my SRS is organized in different module do I have to maintain the same modularity in ERDs?
3. Does data model necessarily features DFDs, ERDs, Data dictionaries etc. or only ERD can be used to develop physical data design?
4. Does physical data design features realtionship among the tables with others definitions like table structure, Primary key etc?
5. What database details feature in Detailed Design?
