Data Replication

We use ARCServe Replication to secure data on a secondary server in case the primary fails.
The problem is that we`d like to batch command this process, in order to integrate it in an automated process for preserving data in case of disaster.
Doesanyone use this software and know how to start/stop replication task from command prompt.
We use Windows NT Server 4.0 and ARCServe Replication 4.0
