data source and Vb 6 error

I am trying to connect to the database in the Data Environment, and when i choose the data source name that i have created in the odbc, the following error appears when i refresh so that the tables can be shown in the command.”vb6.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program. an error log is being created.”
I am using Windows 2000 SP4, Office 20003 and vb6. Please help, but when i click Test Connection it is ok.
