Database Replication

Hello,
I am trying to configure my SQL Server 2000 Standard edition as a Distributor for publication but it give’s me error no 18483 & does not configure the server as distributor. the error say’s..
“Could not connect to the server “” because distributor_Admin is not defined as a remote login at the server”
what can be the possible way solve the problem.
