Debian Linux KDE Installation

Hi! Do any of you guys know how to install KDE Desktop on Debian Linux? I mean, I know about the
apt-get .

But my problem is, I can’t get Internet on it, so I can’t download the package via ‘apt-get kde’ or whatever the command is. Can someone help me? Is there an area where I could download KDE and install it on Debian?
