Definitions of Positions…

I have not been able to find any decent definitions or descriptions of the different I/T related positions that are available. Such as: I/T Manager, Network/System Administrator, Programmer, I/T Specialist, Tech Support Specialist etc…Are there any definitive definitions of these positions? If so, where can I go to find them?
