Defragging Win 2K Server

Hey all,

I have heard pros and cons about the theoretical aspect of defragging a Win 2K server. On our current config, the server is mostly file server role, but we are running DNS, DHCP and AD on the server (Dont yell…it wasnt my idea!! ).

I would like to hear from anyone who has actually done a defrag on a similar server.
