DELETING LOCKED ITEMS

i was forced to use SmartDraw when we changed from Macs to Dells in my office. yes, my lovely ClarisDraw maps are re-doable, but what amazes me is that in SmartDraw, one can lock any and everything ’til the cows come home, and yet LOCKED items/groups/layers can STILL BE DELETED.
something’s very wrong here!
