Deleting xp from dual boot system?

Hi,

I’ve installed the win98 ( FAT32 ) & winxp ( NTFS ) on my system but now I want to delete only windows xp only & want to keep only win98 operating system.

Can anyone let me know how to delete the win xp (ntfs) from a dual boot system making no effect on the other operating system i.e win98.
