Dell Laptop Died is it dead?

I have a Dell CPi D300XT laptop. This morning I plugged it in and NOTHING happen.Once in a great while it would not boot,I just unplugged & replugged the power supply. This morning it decided thats not gonna help.Is it really dead this time ? Or is it salvagable?
