dell latitude d600

My Dell Latitude D600 laptop had a cup of water spilled in it…the next day I turned it on and it said “the system is warmer than usual and needs to shut down”…it is now two months later, it will not turn on but the power light on the computer blinks as if it’s trying to charge or power on.The plug-in part of the charger has a little bit kinda green crud on it.Is this fixable?
