Dell Power connect 5224 switch (more configuration theory needed)

Hello!
Does anyone know where I could find a document/documents on how to configure the dell switches. I know that some configuration can be used from cisco.In the documentation that dell gives with their switches, it says what each configuration item does but it lacks giving information on how to use these settings for optimization.
