Dell600 USB device

I have a Dell600 laptop that when powered up keeps thinking it has a USB device via Bluetooth that it cannot recognize. I have no Bluetooth USB devices for my laptop. The popup keeps occurring every few seconds, it is very annoying. Is there a fix that anyone know about? I reinstalled all the USB dirvers.
