Deployment of Zen for Desktops 4 sp1b

Is anyone having problems deploying Z4d41b?I can deploy on some systems however most workstations return an error code 1603 when deployed via a zen app. No error code is returned when the app is installed manually however the program does not get upgraded. There is a tid on novells web site concerning error code 1603 however it does not apply to this install.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
