Designing and optimizing Windows NT/2000

by confusedness . Updated 25 years, 4 months ago

Recently, I tried to install Windows NT server 4.0 on my home comp. Windows 98 was the OS at the time. I now have a dual boot system but I still can’t get the NT to load. I get a screen that tells me- winnt root kernel 32 file is missing and to reinstall. I really want to UNINSTALL the nt as it is not what I want after all. Problem-I do not have a win98 disk or I would just fdisk the whole system. How do I get the NT off of my comp. with out taking everything off? I can’t get the NT server past the “choose your OS” screen.
