Details on creating an autorun CD for linked PDF’s

I am missing an unidentified bit of information. I have read How do I … Make the autorun.inf file… 5102-1035-5268081 posting.

I need to deliver a series of PDF’s on a CD.
I created the following autorun.inf file:

[autorun]
open=autorun.bat index.htmicon=myicon.ico
The CD hierarchy was:
autorun
Download PDF file
separate subdirectory of the other PDF files that need to be accessed.
Nothing happened.
I have tried numerous other configurations.

I have Nero 7…. as my burning software.

What am I doing wrong.
