There is a lot of resume advice, but most of it ends with quantifying experience in monetary terms. Tell how much money you saved the company, or what accounts you won, or annual ROI.
I’m an application developer, so it’s not possible for me to be solely responsible for saving the company millions, or winning accounts, or even making systems x% faster or more reliable. I work on a great team, and together we get products out the door that clients want and management mandates.
What’s the best way to quantify that? Are there alternate tips for developer resumes that will catch the hiring manager’s eye?
Thanks!
