Development software More-to-Production

My supervisor inform me to generate a Move-to-production checklist. When the programmers want to move some programs from the testing environment to production platform, what sectors and items that I want it be done to garanutee that those programmesare tested and processed successfully and minimize any disturbances to the end users at the production platforms . For example, user acceptance test,security test, stress test, etc. What else that I want them to process and what items do I want to put on the checklist.
