DHCP for Domain members only

Does any one know of a way to limit a DHCP server to asigning addresses to Domain members only.
We have users on our network who bring in their own machines and decide to plug them into the network in a workgroup and the DHCP server gives them an address. We would rather the DHCP server would refuse to give them an address.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to accomplise this.
