DHCP IP address lease denied.

Please help we are having a problem on most of our NT clients with the following error, can anyone help in advising how to resolve this error as it seems to be slowing down our noetwork

DHCP IP address lease 10.0.0.132 for the card with network address 00047690637F has been denied.
