Dial Up

I Have installed exchange server 5.5. I have a few virtual email addresses from the isp (It is actually 1 e-mail address) I wanted the exchange server to at a certain time dial the isp to retrieve the mail and distrbute the e-mails to the specific users. Is it possible in exchange server ? If not, is there any add-on software ?
