Dial up internet via an ISDN router

I have an ISDN router, an ISDN/2e line, a W2k-pro laptop and an ISP account. I have configured the router to connect to the ISP. I have set the router’s IP address as my gateway. But I can’t figure out how to tell my browser to connect via the router – how do I do that?
