Dial Up tweaking or Dial up software

My friend and I have 2 remote PCs at our friends place running at W2K Pro and Windows 98se.

I believe that there is some kind of tweaking (adjustments) that can be done to make the Win2K Pro become a dialup server. May be somebody out there do know about it. If it is not possible then a software should do the work.

In this manner i can manage to connect to the internet if my friend is connected in the net. Also saves me few bucks.
