Dial Up with Call Back in Windows 2000

We have problem with Windows 2000 an Call Back when we try to call our IBM 8235 Dial In box at our office. Windows 9x and Windows Me works OK.
Are there any spesifikk parameters or services we must start on the Windows 2000 Pro maskin or is this not possible in win 2000 Pro. ??
