Dialup server Help

Hello everyone,

I’m Bernard and i have a few questions to ask the community. I am a newbie so you’ll understand my lack of network knowledge. Ok, here i go… My friend (x) and i (y) have a computer each and we want to connect our computers by making one of our computers (x), a dial up server.. So that the other one (the client) (y) can put the phone no of the dial up server (x) and log in the computer of (x). Can you tell me if what i’ve told is clear and possible? If yes can someone tell me how to achieve this or at least, guide me to some resources where there’re tutorials.
