Digitalizing untouched industries

Interestingly enough i went through a rabbit hole trying to find industries that have the potential but have not been digitalized. I saw some examples of moving being digitalized, there is *********** in Denmark and Movinga in Germany.

Do you guys have any other examples of industries starting or yet to be digitalized?
