Disable Eject Button On CD ROM

I currently am a support analyst for a High School. We always have problems with students opening and closing the cd rom drives. They get filled with candy, and other garbage. Even broken entirely.

Does anyone know of a shareware utility thatwill password protect and disable the eject button for users.
