Disable HDD password

A friend borrowed me his Toshiba Satallite A200-1HU laptop and I have stupidly put a HDD password on it which prompt me at every startup. I remember the password and just want to disable it so I can return this device in peace but I am not having any luck. Can anyone please assist?
