Disaster Recovery Plan

I’ve developed local backup policies for small environments, but I now need to propose an enterprise-level Disaster Recovery Plan for a corporation composed of multiple business entities. I thought I’d start with a standard approach to a sub-organization and try to scale up.

What would be a logical outline? I’ve searched through the ‘Republic for samples or discussions, but haven’t come across anything yet.

Can anyone offer suggestions (or ‘lessons learned’ from their own experience?)
