Disclaimer Message & Administrator msgs

Hi,

I would like to submit two questions in order to customize Exchange 5.5:

1. How to add a disclaimer text at the end of *all* the outgoing messages?

2. How to customize the message that Administrator sends when one user exceeds his/her inbox limits?
