Disconnected again ?!!!

hi community

Still need help, disconnected several times the day from my ISP, nothing works, untill i enable or disable my external or internal connections, it back again, and the browsers of my clients lost auto-detect options, anyone had this problem before? I need help

Notice : I tried ISA Server and i am not sure i unistalled it well can that be the source of my problems or no?
