disk boot failure

when I format my system and take the OS CD back into the CDROM I got any error this is Disk boot Failure insert system disk and press enter but when I put the OS CD into CDROM and donot press any key then my OS window work and I got my data also but problem is that I can not put the OS CD into CDROM all time.
