Disk Defrag / Registry Cleaners

I am currently looking for disk defrag and reg cleaning software for enterprise use (console administration of networked devices) I was looking at Diskeeper 9 for defrag.

I would greatly appriciate anyone who currently uses this technology (remember, enterprise level) and have some real life experience with different brands.
