Disk Full error when saving in Win2000

Some coworkers are having problems when tring to save to home directory- Message appears that drive is full or too many files are open. When we choose to save file on c: drive or a:drive, the same message appears. There is no limitations on server’shome directory. People are loosing work because they are not able to save to anything once the message appears.
