Disk space capacity planning program?

I been searching for an application that would provide simple disk space capacity planning and have yet to be able to find one.

Basically I was hoping for an application that could look at a share over time and display which folders have grownand by what extent. For example share ‘A’ has grown by 20Gb overnight and has grown 5Gb on average a nite. Then show where the disk space went to (i.e. specific folder). Perhaps some trending as well so I have an idea how much longer we have until we have to upgrade disk….etc..
