Display settings automaticly change in vista

I’m Using a acer Aspire 5580 with windows Vista.
Every time that i put my computer in Hibernate mode and when i start using it again (out of hibernate) my display settings are changed.
Is this a know problem in Vista or might there be something wrong with the driver?
If anyone has suggestions or solutions i would be very thankful. Cheers!
