Distribution List

We are a small organization of 175 and use mostly Microsoft products.

I have been asked to review our internal process for distribution lists management. The main requirement is to capture addresses and emails addresses from different sources and allow the branches to have a centralize repository of all addresses of our clients and to group them as required.

Any ideas as to products, product mixes, in-house development that may be of assistance?
