DNS error on Win95

I have a problem: I can connect to the website using IP address, but I cannot connect using site name (www.xxxxx.com), I’m getting DNS error.
I removed everything from the control panel/network, restarted then added a TCP protocol only. Network wasworking, but I experienced the same problem. Every setting (DNS, IP address, gateway) are OK, I checked settings on the other PC which is working properly. I searched MS knowledge base, but none of the solutions worked.

Could you help me?
