DNS & inet.d

Dear all

I am having Redhat linux 7.1. i want to login into redhat in my winnt machine through telnet session. whenever i try it’s telling “connections failed” i found inet service is not there in my system. where i can get?

FTP also not happening for the same setup. i tried ftp from my linux to nt. it’s asking user name and passwd. after giving correct one it’s telling “login failed”

all because of that inet service. how to enable it? in redhat 7.1 that service is renamed or what.?
pls. give more details. also give where i can get installtion procedure for DNS and Sendmail
