DNS Issue when using wireless

I have a user who logs into her laptop, connects via wireless and then opens a web browser and tries to access a web page via name. This fails. If you go to a command line and do an nslookup and paste the ip address into the browser it succeeeds and you are then able to access all web pages via name. Any ideas of what the cause may be and how to resolve this issue?
