dns zone transfer

hi,
i have a query.

can we add the entries in secondary dns server with the host names and ip addresses .Is it possible to initiate a update request from the primary dns server and these entries which are made in the secondary server should be updated in the primary dns. Is it possible . If so give me the procedure and what are the configurations we have to make for such changes.
