Do Not Have Permission on Reply

Everytime i try to reply an email from internet address,
FROM field appear, and when i try to send the email this
message appear :

“You do not have the permission to send the message on
behalf of the specified user”

how can i resolve this problem ? deleting the sender name
from the FROM field is not the way out of this problem.
