Hi
I am post graduate from non-computer science, but completed two diplomas and then workd with one reputed institute as faculty,after that i got selected in co., after joing that co. I realize that this co. is not at all intersted in software development. So I left that co.
With mere 9 months exp. with little hands on exp. in hand I am searching for jobs.
I am doing very well in the interview and/or test but even though I am not getting call/offer letter from any of these co. Almost six co. kept me in waiting stage. I want to get join in any of these organisation as soon as possible, but…… Now I realising that no co. will call me at least in comming 2 months.
As a HR or expericenced person can any body tell me what are the possible reasons behind this delay and if possible suggestion.
OR inspite of being Science Student do i rest all the things to GOD?
